IT’S going to be a hoot.
Kyabram Fauna Park will be hosting their Twilight in the Park events on Friday, February 16, 23 and March 2.
The event will give everyone the chance to see the park in a different light, with extended hours and entertainment on February 16 provided by the Pure Drop Band.
“Because the summer days are getting hotter we’re opening later so everyone has the chance to have a wander around the park and see the animals out of the heat of the day,” park manager Ron Pope said.
“The animals will be more active heading into the night time so guests will get a different perspective of them, plus it’s a chance to come down, have a cuppa after tea and potter around.”
Mr Pope said the three Friday nights will be a trial to gauge interest in twilight activities.
“If we get a good response we’ll look at extending the hours for more Fridays throughout daylight savings, so we’ll see how things go.”
