MELBOURNE social entrepreneur and author Lionel Watson will talk about what a life beyond boundaries looks like in Kyabram next week.
Mr Watson has worked for many years with professionals, parents and friends who have Aspergers and autism.
His talk will be about promoting positive communities and creating a healthy outlook in life.
Mr Watson is a published author and helps people to align their mindset with their true passion in life.
He studied engineering at RMIT and moved up the ranks to become a senior corporate manager.
When he was younger, and while attending university, he ran the national fitness program in Victoria for children with Down syndrome, Aspergers and autism to allow them to experience a life beyond boundaries.
Grateful from this experience, he helps children, adults and families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and safe.
He seeks out projects to reduce poverty, improve the value chain from the paddock to plate and turn farm waste into health and wellness products. He also has strong interests in rural life and helping farmers to connect with the latest emerging technology to improve their land care and management.
Mr Watson will speak at Kyabram Youth Club on April 20 at 11am. Admission is by gold coin donation.
