Tori takes her ‘A’ game to Vic titles

April 18, 2018

Kyabram's Tori Glass has been in sharp form of late, excelling in both junior and senior levels.

KYABRAM’S Tori Glass has continued her run of success after a brilliant showing at the Pony Club Association of Victoria State Showjumping Championships A grade competition.

Tori was the only junior to ride in A grade and managed to finish fourth overall, behind senior national team members.

In between qualifying for the PCAV Championships Tori also competed in the Interschool State Championships.

The 15-year-old competed in three events, finishing first in one, and second and fourth in the others.

Tori’s efforts were enough to win the overall 1.10m Champion, allowing her to qualify for the Interschool Nationals later this year.

“She loves travelling and competing; we are away a good 30 weekends of the year, she works horses every day and has four or five going most months,” Tori’s mother Sharon Glass said.

“She would like to thank Liam Atkins, Hidez, Ky Engineering and Steel Fabrication and the Clancy family, for their sponsorship.

“We are always looking for any other businesses willing to help.”
