IT HAS been more than two months since the Stanhope Lions Club had their 7.5 Hp Crommelions generator stolen from the back of a trailer at the Stanhope Recreation Reserve.

Unfortunately they are no closer to finding it.

The generator was used to raise much-needed funds to help local organisations and needy families.

“Anyone with information regarding our generator, we ask you to come forward, it would be much appreciated by our members,” Allan McGrath, Stanhope Lions Club secretary, said.

“As a small club of eight members, it would be a massive task to replace the generator.

“We used it mostly for catering events when there was obviously no power.

“It was really important to the club.”

If you have any information regarding the missing generator, please contact Allan on 5825 3542.
