SATURDAY’S competition at Heathcote Golf Club was won by John Blundell with 37 points off a handicap of 27.

The runner-up was Mick Chilcott who scored 37 playing off a handicap of 22.

Balls went to Mick Chilcott, Tony Hunter, David Clouston, Steve Hudson, Phil Coleman and Efron Sage.

Birdies were scored by Ian Furneaux and David Clouston on the 13th and Roy Williams on the 6th.

Nearest the pin went to Ian Furneaux on the 13th and John Blundell on the 16th.

■ THURSDAY’S competition was won by Matt Bibby who scored 38 points off a handicap of 17 on a countback from John Blundell with 38 off a handicap of 28.

Balls were won by Bryce Pianta, Shane Morris, Geoff Cutting and Brad Morgan.

Bryce Pianta scored a birdie on the 18th while his brother Daniel won nearest the pin.

■ THE stableford competition held on Tuesday was won by Geoff Cutting with 37 points off a handicap of 23.

Ball winners were Matt King, David Morris and Bryce Pianta. Bryce also scored a birdie on the 2nd hole.

■ NO LADIES’ competitions were held during the week.

On days of inclement weather and during holiday periods, ladies are encouraged to come along any way on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays as, provided sufficient numbers are attained, a handicap game will still be played.

■ THIS year’s AGM has been scheduled for Wednesday, October 9 so keep the night free and come along.
