Detectives arrested Todd Van Roy, 28, at the Back 9 Golf Course on Thursday.
He is charged with theft of a motor vehicle, burglary, theft, criminal damage and arson of a motor vehicle.

The man allegedly stole $5000 worth of sports clothing before fleeing — leaving Bennetts with a $20,000 damage bill.
He is also accused of setting the ute on fire at Stewart’s Bridge Rd on the night of Sunday, June 23.
Police and CFA were alerted to the blaze at 11.50pm.
Van Roy is also charged with possessing methamphetamine as well as dangerous driving, evading police and criminal damage relating to an incident in Echuca on Wednesday.
Van Roy appeared in Echuca Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, where he made no application for bail.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Echuca Magistrates’ Court on July 30.
