1960s style diner night on at Stace’s Pit Stop

By Jared Prestwidge

Stace’s Pit Stop on Crichton Rd is opening up its lot this Friday night for people to come and enjoy hot cars, tasty food and great company.

Open from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm, the event has taken inspiration from drive-in diners from the 1960s and is a great opportunity to get acquainted with some of the classic vehicles around town, as well as show off a little bit yourself.

Owner Stacey Ferlauto said the event would be free entry and was perfect for all ages.

“We’re inviting everyone to bring down their motorbikes and nice cars have a sort-of old school diner night,” she said.

“We like to go to a lot of car shows and we thought why not bring some people in and give them a feed.

“We’ve got a $12 burger deal, a family burger deal and fish and chips for $9.”

The event will be held at 28 Crichton Rd on February 14 from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
