The ensemble features 20 students from Years 7 to 11.
Off the back of the Pulse Deniliquin workshops earlier this year, a tour was planned and took in Edward Public School and Deniliquin North on Tuesday, and Mathoura Public School and Deniliquin South on Wednesday.
Each was a one-hour program of contemporary pop, country and rock songs, and a drum line performance.
The shows were well received by the primary schools, with plenty of crowd involvement.
The student lead performances were supported by teachers Matt Kiley and Jacob Hird.
Mr Kiley said the program was a “a fun way to engage students at this time of the year” and promote what Deni High can offer students of the future.
“It gave students a performance opportunity outside the normal school environment, to develop and encourage teamwork with the logistics of packing equipment, setting up, performing, and packing up to get to a new location in the time frame available.”
