Depasquale belted 13 fours and two sixes in amassing 141 off 124 deliveries after the Flames were stumbling at 2-15.
He shared a 143-run stand for the third wicket with Jake Gascoyne who made 53 and then 90 for the sixth wicket with Jack Donnell (38) as the Flames posted 5-264.
Led by Brad Stewart (47), Luke Twynstra (35) and Hamish Stewart (25) Stanhope replied with a respectable 7-200 but came up 64 runs short.
Unbeaten Rushworth took only nine overs to collect the premiership points against Nondies Cohuna.
Rushworth didn’t lose a wicket in its 66-run chase with openers Dan Newton (45 not out) and Tom Stevens (25 not out) clinching the win.
Cooma collapsed for 39 in 23 overs against Rochester who covered this score without loss.
Myles Wade triggered the batting collapse with 4-4 with no Cooma batsman reaching double figures.
Rochester’s openers Tim Bubb and Brandon Byrne steered their side to victory in nine overs.
Colbinabbin’s 93 was easily reeled in by LBU for the loss of only two wickets.
Jude Ryan with 39 was the mainstay of the Colbo innings while an unbeaten 74 by opener Josh Cairns secured the win for the combine in just over 15 overs.
Elmore lost only one wicket covering Echuca South’s score of 53 in which Shivam Goel and Pierce Cail each claimed three wickets.
Matt Gilmour (30 not out) and James Harney (28 not out) had an unfinished 50-run stand for the second wicket to deliver the win for Elmore.
In the other games Northern United suffered a five-wicket loss to Moama while Echuca had the better of Leitchville-Gunbower.
C-GRADE
Brenton Sheppard bagged 6-5 off 4.3 overs as Fire Brigade skittled Cooma for 39 in 17.3 overs.
Shannon O’Brien gave Sheppard great support with 3-10 before Brigade openers Nic Jephson and Cohen Hooper took their side to within seven runs of an eventual easy victory.
Nathan Cornwall took 6-11 off eight overs to set up a win for Tongala against Moama, dismissed for 130.
Then young sporting talent Harley Reid cracked 63 with 10 fours and two sixes to steer Tongala to 6-132, and victory.
Jye Patten and Ben Condell both with 39 helped Stanhope reach 203 which was enough to get the points against Girgarre, out for a respectable 173 in reply with Riley Cowley top scoring with 30.
Rochester posted 8-208 but it wasn’t enough to get the win against LBU, who answered with 6-211 of which Xavier Kellow made an unbeaten 67 with eight fours and four sixes.
In the other game Echuca South lost only three wickets covering Nondies’ 6-140 with Terry Rudd scoring a half-century for the winners.
Northern United forfeited to Echuca.
D-GRADE
Steve Phillips guided Fire Brigade to victory over BLU with a dashing knock of 65 off 47 deliveries which included 11 boundaries and a six.
Chasing LBU’s 5-133 the Flames were 4-30 at one stage but Phillips, with support from late-order batsmen Simon Doolan and Cliff King, ensured the win for the side.
Tongala had the better of Rushworth, out for 127 chasing the visitors’ 8-143 of which Braith Northausen made the top score of 34.
Opener Peter Ragus was again the Rushworth batting mainstay with 24.
Echuca South fell to Echuca in the other game.
