Tuesday saw a magnificent turnout of 69 players in the sunny dry conditions for everyone’s favourite game of Par played on both courses.
On the Blue, despite having a big night on the red wine the night before it was Denis Beale who came in with a superb +5 to win the day with his round consisting of 2 birdie, 4 pars, 2 evens and a bogey to edge Graham Milner who came in with +4 after some wonderful putting and short game play from both players.
Also playing some excellent golf was Peter Tudor (+3) and Ted Latta (+2) who continues his recent good form.
Following behind them was Ribs Reimer (+1) with Bill Hidson, John Haigh and Stevie Hutchinson all coming in square to win a ball.
