The gun shooter nabbed the Warren Family Medal after another stellar season in the A-grade competition, with her side clinching the title of premiers and champions last Saturday.
At Shepparton's McIntosh Centre, Barr cemented her spot as the league's best, finishing the best-and-fairest medal count on 34 votes - eight ahead of her nearest challenger.
That turned out to be premiership teammate Abbey Breen (26 votes), who enjoyed a strong season passing Barr the ball from the midcourt.
While Barr's 34 votes was less than the record 44 she polled to win last year's Warren Family Medal, she retained her unquestioned status as the league's best player and added a more coveted premiership to boot.
Meanwhile, the B-grade Whitford Medal remained in the hands of Dookie United, with Eloise Caruana claiming the award.
The B-grade count was much closer than the A-grade, with Caruana polling 24 votes, two ahead of Shepparton East's Rachael Weber.
Stanhope's Hillary Grigg joined fellow clubmate Barr as best-and-fairest winners, taking out the C-grade netball award.
Grigg claimed the McCormack Medal in blistering fashion, earning 28 votes to finish 10 in front of runner-up, Undera's Ashley Fleming.
However, the most exciting vote count happened in the first lot of senior netball grades, with Murchison-Toolamba's Kathryn Ferguson and Tallygaroopna's Hannah Henry sharing the inaugural C-reserve best-and-fairest medal.
The duo ended the first C-reserve medal count on 15 votes each.
Dookie United's Edwina Dooley finished in runner-up with 13 votes.
Avenel's Alisha Franklin (20 votes) edged out Stanhope's Jemma Wright (19) and Merrigum's Breanna Baker (19) to clinch the 17-and-under medal.
Baker also finished runner-up in last year's Glover Medal count, showcasing her bright future ahead.
Baker also took out the Netball Rising Star award, joining her recent 17-and-under premiership medal in the trophy cabinet.
Meanwhile, Girgarre's Elizabeth Pangrazio clinched the 15-and-under Scoble Medal on 34 votes, ahead of Merrigum's Ella Kightley (27) and Shepparton East's Mollie Joyce (27).
Nagambie's Katie Perry won the 13-and-under medal on 24 votes, five votes ahead of Stanhope's Stella Trezise.
Senior coach of the year went to Stanhope premiership leader Kerrie Gray, while Undera's Amber Phillips claimed the youth coach of the year.
