Randall, an inaugural Crow, was set to come out of contract this year and had attracted interest from rival clubs, but her new deal locks in the 34-year-old until 2027.
The former skipper has been at the Crows since the league's inception in 2017, winning flags with Adelaide in 2017, 2019 and 2022.
Now in her ninth season, Randall is averaging 10.7 disposals and three marks per game this season, and is currently Adelaide's join leading goal kicker this year with five majors.
Randall remains one of the biggest names in the league, having been named an All-Australian five times and the competition's most courageous player six times.
"I'm so grateful to the club for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to play the game I love, at the highest level, for as long as I can," Randall said.
"There aren't quite enough words to thank those people who have invested time and energy in supporting me across my journey so far.
"I just want to enjoy every minute of being in this game for as long as I can. I still feel I can perform at a high level and contribute to team success."
Adelaide's head of women's football Phil Harper said the club was thrilled to re-sign Randall.
"Chelsea has been the heart and soul of our AFLW team since the very start," Harper said.
Adelaide sit eighth on the ladder with a 2-2 record, and will be back in action on Sunday when they take on undefeated Hawthorn (4-0) in Frankston.
