Held on the weekend of November 8 and 9 at Echuca Showgrounds, Campaspe Park, located at the corner of McKenzie and Simmie Sts, the show brings together farmers, artisans, entertainers and families.
From exhilarating rides to livestock displays, cultural delights, a petting zoo, trade sites, fireworks, pony rides, and live performances, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
From beginners to the most experienced exhibitors, the show has something for everyone.
You are invited to enter all the show’s competitions, from the general exhibits in the pavilion to the show ring.
From ute competitions to show stars for toddlers to teenagers, the best decorated Christmas tree or if a doughnut eating competition is more your style, there is something for you.
Perhaps you have a perfect pet to enter in the pet competition on Sunday.
Don’t be shy with your baking skills, the annual Keith and Eunice Hart Perpetual Bake off for the district’s best sponge cake will be a highlight.
Pavilion entries will be free this year and can be entered via the Showday Online platform on the Echuca Moama Show website.
An extensive two-day horse schedule, along with displays of poultry, goats, cattle and sheep, will be a drawcard, with entries submitted online prior to the show or in person on the day.
The Echuca Moama Show is on the lookout for the next Agricultural Societies of Victoria Junior and Rural Ambassadors.
Echuca Moama Show is eager to have representatives from the region this year.
This aims to highlight the talent, creativity and ingenuity of young rural Victorians and celebrate the skilful and industrious young people living in rural communities.
