Moving away from its traditional multi-garden format, the event will now focus solely on the botanical gardens, with proceeds supporting the Girgarre Community Car and ongoing garden development.
Campaspe Shire Council Australian of the Year and gardens committee chair Doc McDonald will spearhead complimentary guided tours from 10am with a team of dedicated volunteers.
Visitors can explore the innovative Girgarre Sound Walk, which combines music with the garden experience.
A signature high tea will be served at 2pm only along the eucalyptus-lined main avenue.
Due to the event being held only onsite at Gargarro in 2025, there is a limited number of high tea seats available, fewer than in previous years.
Bookings for the high tea must be made in advance and are only available online for 2025.
The Gargarro Botanic Garden Café will welcome guests from 8am to 3.30pm, serving breakfast, barista coffee and full meals.
With high attendance expected, organisers encourage café bookings on 0409 570 899.
Visitors can enjoy pottery and floral arrangement demonstrations throughout the day, while the Gargarro Green Thumb Nursery will offer a selection of Australian native plants for purchase.
