Performers Steven Burns and Rick Guci have been delivering their harmonious show for several years, celebrating the golden era of 1950s rock and roll.
“I used to do a Buddy Holly show on my own, and then I met Rick through music, and we worked out pretty quickly that we harmonised well together,” Steven said.
“We thought, well, we’d better do a show together.”
The duo recently added an Australian element to their performance, with Rick taking on the role of Johnny O'Keefe.
“We have three shows in one, Everly Brothers, Buddy Holly and Johnny O’Keefe, and it is good to have an Aussie element to the show,” Steven said.
Steven revealed his favourite song to perform is Buddy Holly’s It Doesn't Matter Anymore, while Rick favours Everyday.
The pair shares a special fondness for the Everly Brothers’ Walk Right Back.
“There are a lot of numbers that get the crowds on their feet and onto the dance floor,” Steven said.
“Shout by Johnny O'Keefe is always a winner, people love that.
“A lot of people say, we only know a few Everly Brothers songs, a few Buddy songs, and then you play them all and they say, ‘I didn't realise I knew all of them, it just brought back memories’.”
The free entry show promises to be a memorable experience for music lovers.
