Woods, 17, a high school junior, had a rough final round. His two birdies and two bogeys cancelled each other out, and he was left with four double bogeys on the scorecard at Sage Valley, South Carolina.
He shot rounds of 75-76-83-80 for the tournament to finish at 26-over 314, his scoring leaving him 10 strokes behind the 35th-place participant.
In the third round, Woods' scorecard had a triple bogey, double bogey, seven bogeys and one birdie for the day for his 11-over 83.
The winner in the boys' division was Miles Russell, who is ranked No.1 by the American Junior Golf Association rankings, has committed to Florida State along with Woods, ranked No. 20.
Woods, who won the AJGA Team TaylorMade Invitational last May, committed to the Seminoles for 2027.
Among past winners of the Junior Invitational are current World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler (2014), Austin Eckroat (2016), Joaquin Niemann (2017) and Akshay Bhatia (2018).
Winning the girls' division was Asterisk Talley, who shot a final round 67 to finish at 8-under for the event.
