Checking irrigation lines. Moving equipment. Carrying tools and chemicals. Inspecting trees after rain. Getting from one end of the block to the other quickly and safely.
That’s where a dependable utility vehicle earns its keep.
The 2026 GOCaddy Rancher 4x4 100 per cent Electric Utility Vehicle has been designed for exactly this kind of work, combining four-wheel-drive capability with the quiet, low-maintenance performance of an all-electric drivetrain.
Built for orchard access
Working between tree rows demands a vehicle that can go where larger machinery can’t. The Rancher’s 4WD system and instant electric torque provide the traction needed to negotiate uneven ground, wet headlands and challenging orchard conditions.
Rather than relying on engine revs to build power, the electric drivetrain delivers torque immediately. That makes the Rancher responsive at low speeds and easy to control when manoeuvring around trees, irrigation infrastructure, sheds and machinery.
Its compact footprint also makes it practical for moving around the orchard without bringing a larger vehicle into areas where space is limited.
Quiet when it matters
Orchard work doesn’t always fit neatly into nine-to-five hours.
Irrigation checks may start before sunrise, while crop monitoring and equipment checks can continue well into the evening. The Rancher’s noiseless electric motor operates quietly, making those early and late trips considerably less disruptive.
That’s useful around livestock, farm residences and neighbouring properties - and simply makes routine orchard work a quieter experience.
Carry more, without more fuss
With a hydraulic dump bed, the Rancher is built to carry the gear that constantly needs moving around a tree crop operation.
Tools, hoses, replacement irrigation components, fertiliser, spray equipment and other supplies can all be transported without turning every small job into a trip back to the shed.
At 3,050mm long, the Rancher provides useful carrying capacity while remaining manoeuvrable enough for orchard work.
100% electric efficiency where it counts
The benefits of electric power go beyond the lack of exhaust fumes.
There’s no petrol or diesel engine, no oil changes, no fuel filters and no injector servicing. With fewer conventional drivetrain components to maintain, routine maintenance can be reduced - helping minimise downtime and keep the vehicle working rather than sitting in the workshop.
The lithium-ion battery is designed to provide consistent performance and range, making the Rancher a practical option for regular farm and orchard duties.
And because there are no fuel or oil spills associated with its operation, it provides an added advantage when working around irrigation infrastructure, waterways and sensitive growing areas.
A practical workhorse for modern orchards
The best utility vehicle is the one that becomes part of the daily routine - always ready to move people, equipment and supplies wherever they are needed.
The GOCaddy Rancher combines that practical versatility with electric power, 4WD traction and a hydraulic dump bed, making it suited to the demands of modern tree crop operations.
