The Edward River Library enjoyed a wonderfully successful school holiday program, with many parents and grandparents taking advantage of the free activities in a cool and welcoming space.

Among the most popular sessions were Slime Fun, Bracelet Making, and Painting.
Families also visited the library to enjoy the VR experience, join in Friday Splat, or build with Lego.
Graphic novels were especially popular with young readers this summer, with borrowings increasing throughout January.
This week, they are delighted to be handing out prizes for the Summer Reading Challenge, with participants receiving a free book and a $10 voucher to the local newsagency.
As we move into February, Edward River Library is also celebrating Library Lovers Month and invites visitors to share what they love about the library while exploring the many services on offer.
