In March, Mr Welch ran 380km from Mildura to Echuca in four days, four hours and 44 minutes in memory of his late brothers Jai and Zac.
“The film’s about the run itself — what our goals were with the run, the awareness we were trying to raise and the money we were trying to raise,” he said.
“The whole goal of the run was about trying to start difficult conversations.

“That’s what the documentary centres around as well, trying to get people to talk to each other when they’re not feeling right and looking after each other’s mental health.”
The $550,000 raised from the run was presented to headspace centres in Echuca, Mildura and Swan Hill.
