The highway was closed in both directions between the two towns on Tuesday, October 7 at about 3pm, and was under the control of Victoria Police.
Police said the driver, a 48-year-old man from the Ballarat area, survived the incident, and no other vehicles were involved.
Ambulance Victoria was called to attend the incident at about 1.20pm, and said Advanced Life Support paramedics assessed and treated one person on the scene, but no emergency treatment or transport was required.
There were cattle inside the truck when the rollover occurred; however, police have not confirmed whether any of the animals were injured or have died.
The cause of the rollover is yet to be determined, with Yea police present at the scene during the highway’s closure to investigate the incident and manage traffic.
The highway was reopened at about 10.30pm the same day.
