The Kyabram Chamber of Commerce and Kyabram Men’s Shed’s newest project has you covered.
Available now, the Men’s Shed has put together homemade Christmas decorations sure to catch the eye.
Made from recycled medium density fibreboard, the decorations are designed to be coloured, glittered and spruced up in several ways.
Kyabram Men’s Shed president Paddy Turner said trees and stars of different sizes were available.
“Half a dozen boys up at the shed have made around 38 trees so far. Some are painted white and others are just left raw so people can paint them whatever they like,” he said.
“All of the material is recycled.
“After these difficult times, to get a bit of community spirit around Christmas and give something for families to look forward to is very exciting.”
Kyabram Chamber of Commerce member and LUCA Solutions owner Michelle Sing said the project was designed to spread some Christmas cheer across the community.
“I know a lot of chamber members will be using them as Christmas window displays but other people may just use them as an outdoor Christmas tree, in their homes or in their children’s playrooms.”
The Christmas decorations can be purchased at Boomerang Travel, 210 Allan St, Kyabram or online at facebook.com/KyabramChamberOfCommerce
