Isabella was among 15 Dillmac singers and dancers who travelled to South Australia for the national finals of the Follow Your Dreams song and dance competition.
During the week she received the news that she had been accepted into a dance school for a two-year course.
The 16-year-old will attend Dynamite Studios in Queensland.
Dillmac’s results from the national competition, despite the group being significantly reduced due to COVID-19 protocols, were being celebrated by all involved last week.
Dillmac Entertainment partner Liz Dillon said the results of her performers were outstanding, in particular, the dance troupe.
“We have battled right through COVID, like so many. Our industry has been locked down for so long and this is a great result.
“It was a struggle day to day avoiding COVID.
"The troupes did an amazing job on Sunday. I think beyond even their own expectations,“ she said.
Results of the competition were, with the performance titles in brackets:
Musical theatre under-10: Archie Turnbull 2nd (Almost Perfect), Larni Heazelwood 4th (When Will My life Begin).
Musical theatre under-13: Georgia Armstrong 2nd (On My Own), Kinsey Graham 3rd (Opportunity), Amy Caldwell honourable mention (Flowers).
Ballad under-10: Larni Heazelwood 1st (The Climb), Archie Turnbull 3rd (Sign of the Times).
Ballad under-13: Kinsey Graham 1st (Skinny Love), Georgia Armstrong 2nd (Not About Angels), Amy Caldwell 3rd (Dear Life).
Dillmac took the clean sweep for this section.
Country under-10: Larni Heazelwood 1st (One Voice).
Country under-13: Amy Caldwell 1st (Wide Open Spaces).
Pop under-10: Archie Turnbull 3rd (Riptide).
Pop under-13: Kinsey Graham 1st (Life on Mars), Georgia Armstrong equal 1st (Empire State of Mind).
Disney under-10: Archie Turnbull honourable mention.
Disney under-13: Kinsey Graham 1st (Almost There), Georgia Armstrong 3rd (When She Loved Me).
Champion under-10: Larni Heazlewood honourable mention, second runner-up Archie Turnbull.
Champion under-13: Georgia Armstrong 1st runner-up Kinsey Graham.
In the dance troupe competition the results were:
Jazz: 1st place.
Hip-hop: 1st place.
Open: 1st place.
Tap: 1st place.
Lyrical: 2nd place.
Contemporary: 3rd place.
The Dillmac crew also finished top three in National Studio.
“With up to eight other studios to compete with, the whole team absolutely shone,“ Ms Dillon said.
“Now to enrolments for 2022, fingers crossed our year continues to shine,” she said.
