The Rippingale family have expressed their sincere appreciation to the entire community for their support after Caity Rippingale was diagnosed with aggressive and incurable brain cancer, just before the birth of her first baby.
Caity’s father-in-law, Paul Rippingale said the support his son Joel and Caity had received had been overwhelming.
“My wife Andrea and I, on behalf of Joel, Caity and our daughters Abby and Taylor, want to say just how grateful we are, and how overwhelmed we are by the support we’ve had,” Paul said.
A GoFundMe has been set up to help Joel and Caity with expenses while Caity undergoes treatment in Melbourne to prolong her life, and Joel takes care of her and their new baby, Alfie.
CDHBU Football and Netball Club is hosting a special day this Saturday, June 14 at Power Park, Coreen as a fundraiser and for brain cancer awareness.
