With this funding, the committees are restoring significant community gathering places and tourist destinations, including halls, caravan parks, camping areas and multi-use recreation reserves, for use by residents and visitors.
The flood recovery projects range from replacement and upgrade of drainage and power, road repairs and replacement of fencing, to more complex rebuilding projects.

Toolleen Recreation Reserve Committee of Management Inc: repair and reinstate the netball courts and change rooms at the reserve.

Mooroopna Mechanics Hall Inc: repair and reinstate the roof, electrical wiring, walls and ceilings, heating systems and kitchen facilities.
Murchison River Road Caravan Park Inc: repair and reinstate drainage and electrical infrastructure.
Moira Shire
Kaarimba Racecourse Trustees: repair and reinstate the roadways and toilet facilities along with tree safety works at the racecourse.
Nathalia South Recreation Reserve Inc: repair and reinstate cupboards, flooring, track surface and children’s playground.
Strathbogie Shire
Euroa Arboretum Inc: repair walking tracks and roads.
Stewart Park (Avenel) Committee of Management Inc: undertake tree safety works at the park.

Seymour Racecourse Reserve: repair and reinstate the grandstand ceiling.
Benalla Rural City
Benalla Showgrounds Recreation Reserve Committee of Management: repair and reinstate key features of the reserve.
Swanpool Memorial Hall and Recreation Reserve: repair internal and external walls.
Warrenbayne Recreation Reserve Committee of Management Inc: repair and reinstate the electrical system.
