Now, after four decades as a trusted name in the region, the small business has had its legacy officially recognised with an induction into the Caravan Industry Victoria Hall of Fame.
Former owner Peter Ennals was also honoured, with an individual induction into the Hall of Fame, recognising the significant contribution he made to the caravan industry during his 35 years of ownership before his passing.
Mr Ennals purchased the business from John Anderson in late 1986, building Cobram Caravans into a well-known and respected name throughout the region.
In November 2024, co-owners Kevin Gribble, Keelan Don and Peter Don took over the business, committed to continuing the legacy and reputation established over the past 40 years.

The Caravan Industry Victoria Hall of Fame awards were held on Friday, June 26, at the Palladium Ballroom at Crown Melbourne, with around 600 people in attendance.
Co-owner Keelan Don accepted the award on behalf of Cobram Caravans.
Mr Gribble said it was “very special” to see both Peter Ennals and Cobram Caravans be inducted into the Hall of Fame.
“It’s great to see the business recognised for all its achievements over the past 40 years, and Peter Ennals specifically, as the person who ran Cobram Caravans for most of its time,” he said.
The new owners are now focused on building on the business’s strong foundations, with a range of upgrades under way to modernise the site.

Recent improvements include a newly built carport, a new fence, fresh paint and updated signage.
The yard is also undergoing a major transformation, with new drainage being installed and bitumen being laid.
Once the front yard is complete, the owners plan to renovate the office and interior showroom, creating a more modern space while expanding the range of accessories available to customers.
Mr Gribble said the focus was on protecting and growing the reputation Peter Ennals built over many years.
“We’re just focused on growing it, taking it to the next phase and keeping its name for good service and quality brands,” he said.
