Goulburn-Murray Water’s Shepparton Customer Service Centre has reopened following a temporary closure for renovations.
The renovations were carried out between Tuesday, July 22 and Monday, September 22 and involved upgrading the physical layout and improving accessibility and service delivery at the Wheeler St site.
G-MW distribution services operations manager Craig Kellow said the renovations would help better meet the needs of customers.
“We appreciate customers’ understanding and patience while the works are completed,” he said.
As well as attending the site at 21 Wheeler St, Shepparton, or having an on-site visit, customers can also schedule an appointment.
