Families have been flocking to pools, participating in school holiday activities at the library, or simply staying indoors and enjoying the serenity of the cool air-conditioning.
Kyabram Fauna Park has become this summer's must-visit destination since unveiling its splash park in November last year.
The splash park delights children with exciting water features — from slides to an enormous climbing frog where little ones can splash and play.
Beyond the splash zone, families have also been wandering through the park’s diverse wildlife exhibits.
The park was filled with families from across the region when Free Press photographer Jordan Townrow captured all the holiday fun on Friday, January 2.
