The Deniliquin Rovers Football & Netball Club launched its social calendar on Saturday with Ladies Day coinciding with the round three home game.
More than 70 women took part in the day, sponsored by new local business Stronger Minds Deniliquin and District.
Afternoon tea and drinks were provided, as well as live music by Anna Bowie.
The dress code was ‘a touch of pink’ and a raffle was held to raise money for Can Assist Deniliquin, the prizes being hampers donated and made up by Rovers members.
The club topped in a little extra money at the end of the day to donate $1000 to the cancer assistance charity.
