Legacy volunteers will have a selection of iconic badges, pens, key rings, wristbands and cuddly teddy bears for sale during the week.
In Kyabram, merchandise will be available at Kyabram Lucky Lotto and Kyabram Newsagency, while volunteers will be stationed outside Woolworths, Ian Collie Pharmacy and IGA supermarket during the week.
In Tongala, volunteers will be outside the IGA supermarket during the week, along with mid-week appearances in Merrigum and Stanhope.
During this year’s Legacy Week, Kyabram will be hosting Lone Pine ceremonies at St Augustine’s College on Wednesday, August 31 (at 10am) and Kyabram P-12 College on Thursday, September 1 (at 11am).
“The support from people all round our district has been amazing for more than 60 years and, as a volunteer group, all funds raised are spent locally supporting our widows across the district,” Kyabram Legacy chair Don Cook said.
