She said the notice of motion was prompted by the “lack of action over the idiotic water policies.
The motion read as follows:
“Mr Speaker, I move that this house:
“(1) Recognises the devastating impact the government's idiotic water policies are having on Rural NSW.
“(2) Calls on Premier Minns to provide an unlimited supply of Nurofen and Imodium to the people of Rural NSW at his own personal expense.
“(3) Calls on the Premier to stop giving the people of Rural NSW headaches and the sh*&s.”
Ms Dalton has also called on the Federal Government to scrap its multi-million dollar, taxpayer funded, Murray-Darling Basin advertising campaign, labelling it “dishonest and disgraceful” (see page 4).

Mum’s market will be back
With the dust settling on another successful Deniliquin SHow, its committee has now turned its attention to May.
The Pastoral & Agricultural Society has flagged the return of the Mother’s Day Make, Bake and Grow Market.
It is asking people to save the date, and for prospective stallholders to get in toch.

Last chance to see exhibit
Time is running out to see the ‘Art Dreams Revisited’ exhibition from Studio 2710 - Kurrajong at the Peppin Heritage Centre Gallery.
The final day of the exhibition is March 24.
Studio 2710 is an arts project giving adults with a disability the opportunity to experience and express themselves through art.
The exhibition features 30 paintings created by students under the guidance of their talented teacher Dragos Marcu, and promises to be a celebration of creativity and imagination.
The Peppin Heritage Centre is located in George St, Deniliquin.
Entry to the exhibition space is by gold coin donation.
