To celebrate Make a Wish Day (April 29), staff from businesses in Rochester, dressed up in support of the Make a Wish Foundation, which grants life-changing wishes to sick kids. The foundation encourages people from all around the world to get involved by dressing up in whatever they wish they could be, to create a source of enjoyment and inspiration for kids battling with critical illness. Locals who took part in the fun-filled day said they were dressing up to not only spread joy but also raise awareness of an important cause.
