“I want to sincerely thank everyone who has already donated nappies,” Ms Cleeland said.
“Your generosity has made a real difference for families across our community.
“Earlier this month, our office was able to provide nappies to a young family who were struggling to make ends meet.
“The relief and gratitude on their faces was a powerful reminder of how even small donations can have a big impact.”
Ms Cleeland said the need was ongoing.
“Nappies are a daily necessity, and many families are still facing challenges providing enough for their children,” she said.
“By donating, you’re helping to ensure that no child goes without this basic need.”
The office is accepting all sizes of nappies during normal office hours, and donations are distributed directly to families in need across the electorate.
“This initiative shows the strength and generosity of our community,” Ms Cleeland said.
“Every pack of nappies donated makes a difference and sends a message of care and support to families who need it most.”
