The club staged its initial AGM on October 5, but was unable to fill all positions on the committee.
It will stage a second meeting tonight, with the aim of filling the roles of president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, football director, netball director, junior development and members of the general committee.
If all positions are not filled the club has indicated it may not be able to proceed next year.
In a bid to garner more support nomination forms were distributed to several locations in the town.
