Second talk is on strokes

The next will focus on strokes and will be held at 10.30am on Wednesday, April 3.

According to health data, more than 80 per cent of strokes can be prevented.

The information session is expected to cover signs and symptoms, what to do to reduce stroke, what to do if someone might be having a stroke and the telestroke service available at Deniliquin Health Service.

The guest speaker will be emergency department clinical nurse specialist Rachelle Austin.
