Yarrawonga and Berrigan join the Muirs family

Muirs has officially welcomed the Yarrawonga and Berrigan branches into its network following the acquisition of Murray Valley Rural Services.

The two branches became part of Muirs on February 2, 2026, as the company continues investing in regional agriculture across Victoria and New South Wales.

The transition brings together established local teams with Muirs’ national scale, strengthening service capability across the Murray Valley.

Close collaboration with the Muirs Wangaratta store is already delivering practical benefits for both staff and growers across the region.

The move follows Muirs’ recent expansion into Western Australia, including Albany, Manypeaks, Wellstead and Hyden, and reflects the company’s disciplined focus on grain, oilseed and mixed-farming enterprises in regional communities.

Customers will continue working with the same trusted local teams and receiving the same day-to-day service.

The Yarrawonga and Berrigan branches will also gain access to the broader Muirs offering, including an extensive portfolio across nutrition, crop protection, seed, merchandise, post-harvest and animal health, supported by national supply capability and technical expertise.

Additional support is available across broadacre and animal systems, agronomy, fencing, horticultural inputs and tailored farm insurance solutions, designed to support productive, profitable and sustainable farming operations.

There will be no disruption to trading, with existing arrangements continuing as normal.

Branch trading hours will adjust slightly to 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday (previously 8:30am–5:30pm).

Phone numbers remain unchanged, while email addresses and website presence will progressively transition to muirs.co, with redirections in place during the changeover.
