Police and members of the public will gather to reflect on Tuesday, September 29, for National Police Remembrance Day.
A service will be held in Shepparton to remember all police officers and staff who have died in the past year.
It is a chance to reflect on their service, their sacrifice and the contribution they made to Victoria Police.
Police officers and staff will attend, but members of the public are also invited along to the ceremony to pay their respects.
The service will be held at the flag poles in Monash Park — next to the senior citizens clubrooms — on the corner of Fryers and Welsford Sts.
The service, which will include a wreath-laying, will start at 10.30am.
Afterwards, there will be a morning tea in the senior citizens rooms for those who attend.
