The U13 grand final turned out to be quite the game, with the Swifts pulling ahead in the last quarter to snatch victory from the Firebirds.
"It was goal for goal at times and the sides were equal going into the last term," KNA committee member Fluer Nurse said.
"It could have gone either way and was a fantastic grand final with high-quality netball, showing off the talent of the up-and-coming netballers of the region."
Best and fairest went to Ava Pell while Rose Cunningham nabbed runner-up. Stella Trezise came in third and Tahlia Hubble and Lara Hoope equal fourth.
U9 player Mia Morris, U11 player Elliott Porch and the U13's Hayley Brassil all received encouragement awards.
"Overall it was a fantastic season, we had some great results for our representative side and the launch of the summer competition was a great success," Fluer said.
The association is now looking for some new mums and dads to step up to the plate to fill committee positions, including president, secretary and treasurer.
"The nature of this competition means that parents move on with their kids once they hit a certain age," Fluer said.
"It's a great committee to be a part of and not very demanding because there are so many people involved. I really encourage parents to think about putting their hand up."
Kyabram Netball Association is holding its annual general meeting on Monday, October 14 at 7.30pm at the Northern Oval Complex.
