The four-day training camp will see 240 of the best under-12 country basketballers in the state come to the region to hone their skills in a new environment from September 21-24.
One hundred and twenty boys and 120 girls will be selected to join the jamboree after competing in skills days across country Victoria.
The athletes are divided into 24 teams to compete in the program which focuses on developing the skillsets of young prodigies under the guidance of new coaches and alongside high-performing peers.
The jamboree has been held in Echuca for more than two decades, the vast majority of the event's history.
“We’re very lucky that we have so many accommodation venues that we can host the players and their families, and also, it’s really central, so we're very lucky,” Echuca Moama Basketball Association president Lisa Baker said.
“It’s also a major fundraiser for us as well, and it’s in the school holidays, so you sometimes get people that are up here on holidays coming in and watching, so it’s a really good event.”
