Coming off an impressive 2025 season, Olivia Cartwright is the second-ranked female in the sport.
This year saw Cartwright claim second in the prestigious Australian Open singles, while also repeating the feat in the fours.
She also suited up for the Jackaroos in October, receiving her official playing cap, and the 21-year-old is identified as an emerging Jackaroo in the national pathways program.
Cartwright won the Victorian Indoor Championships in July.
The updated rankings show Cartwright with 633 points, trailing only New Zealand’s Selina Goddard (656).
The World Bowls Series rankings are determined on a two-year cycle, with points earned degrading to 50 per cent value after 12 month,s and so the current ranking would also include Cartwright’s semi-final appearance at the 2024 Australian Open, and her win in the 2024 Victorian Open Triples.
As a platinum event, runner-up at the Australian Open earned Cartwright 180 points, with an athlete’s top six events qualifying.
From Kyabram, Cartwright was representing Moama in competition play until this season, and has now joined Bendigo Bowls Club.
The next major event for Cartwright on the calendar is the World Bowls Series, another platinum level event, to be held at CluBarham from December 9 to 12.
