Club president John Guinan confirmed this week that Carver and Herbert had agreed to take on a third year leading the club.
‘‘They have been terrific for our club, which has really flourished under their leadership,’’ Guinan said.
‘’They have the support of all our players.
‘’Their professionalism and nurturing of our younger players has been really professional.
‘‘We are just glad to have them back on board again as we feel the club is making massive steps forward under their leadership.“

Carver is the off-field general and Herbert one of several on-field leaders setting the tone for the predominately young Kyabram side, which dropped its first game for the season last Saturday.
Former Kyabram captain and Lancaster premiership coach Paul Burnett will again be the club’s football manager.
Kyabram reserves will again be coached jointly by Scott Hearn and Sean Dillon, who are sharing the role this season, while the thirds coaches are expected to be named within the next week.
Other GVL clubs have also been busy over the past week, naming senior football coaches for next season.
Former Kyabram junior star Andrew Ciavarella has been appointed coach of the embattled Tatura club where he has played most of his senior football while Trent Freer has been reappointed non-playing coach of Shepparton United
At Benalla, former AFL star Jarrad Waite has stepped down after two years as coach.
He has been replaced by Nicholas Pearson, who will take the position on a two-year contract.
Pearson is currently coaching on the Gold Coast where he has had 10 years of coaching experience. He has a reputation of being able to develop young players, which will be his main focus at Benalla as its non-playing coach.
It is known he had been keenly chased by other clubs.
