Cricket Shepparton is leaving no stone unturned in its mission to snap a recent run of interleague outs.
The league is bringing together its galaxy of stars in the hunt for renewed fortune on the representative cricket stage, naming a 24-player ahead of its November 29 clash against Goulburn Murray Cricket.
And with a deep pool to call on, Cricket Shepparton will be a different beast.
Reigning premier Kyabram tops the list of representatives with six players named, including competition-leading run-scorer Cade Mueller, who has smacked 276 runs from his opening three innings.
Three players from Karramomus and Katandra have also received a nod and Central Park-St Brendan’s stalwart Tyler Larkin will continue as Cricket Shepparton skipper.
Cricket Shepparton will be hoping Lightfoot medallist Raguvaran Aravinthan will also round out a potential XI with his inclusion.
The league will battle the GMC at Echuca South before eyeing a rematch against the Bendigo District Cricket Association in January, hoping to gain some revenge against a BDCA outfit that has won all three of their recent encounters.
