Deniliquin High School enjoyed a dominant outing in school lawn bowls competition, with Liam Knuckey, Callum Glenn and Darcy Nilsson leading the charge in the Open Boys/Girls event, also referred to as Zone Interschool Bowls.

Competing in three-bowl triples, the boys won all three of their matches in convincing fashion, recording scorelines of 13–3, 16–3 and 17–2. One of the highlights of the day came when Darcy Nilsson’s team scored an eight, drawing strong support from teammates and spectators.
Both Darcy Nilsson and Callum Glenn took on skipping duties across the matches, showing composure and leadership well beyond their years.
The Deniliquin side played two Barham teams and a Hay team, with confidence high following their unbeaten performance.
