Elmore will be without long-time skipper James Harney in 2022 following the announcement Harney had crossed to Murray Football League outfit Echuca United.
Harney follows one-time Bloods Farran Priest and Phil Hubbard to Echuca South Recreation Reserve, after Priest took on the senior coaching role ahead of the 2022 season.
Hubbard quickly signed at United, having co-captained the Eagles alongside Priest in 2019.
Both Hubbard and Priest sustained season-ending injuries playing at Elmore earlier in the season.
Harney has been a Blood since 2009 when he played with its under 17s side.
The forward lined up for 13 games this season and kicked 32 goals.
He will provide an experienced head at United, which is going through a rebuilding phase with its host of young talent.
Priest has re-signed a large part of that group, and has said he would look to add several experienced players to help develop the group.
