In an all-Moama affair, it was Moama Green which prevailed over Moama Black to claim the division three weekend pennant crown.
Having lost to Black 63-58 in the qualifying final two weeks ago, Green upped its level when it really counted to snatch the championship 66-53.
An excellent effort from Roy Jackson’s team saw it grab a 29-16 win in its rink, making a big impact on the final scoreline.
Green also got the win in Darren Yates’ rink, 21-13, while Black’s Alan Jones clawed back eight shots in his rink, 24-16.
Green had been undefeated up until its qualifying final defeat and confirmed their dominance and a near-perfect season with the winners medals.
