Thomson top scored with an unbeaten 67 off 95 balls with seven boundaries, while Parsons’ 58 off 69 balls included eight fours and one six.
Kyabram sits in sixth place on the ladder with 30 premiership points and is vying for a top six finish along with four other sides.

Northerners finished well on top of Undera, posting 8-252 before dismissing the Lions for 105.
Tim Brett (65 from 55) and Nathaniel Timson (83 from 74) were the starring contributors in the Northerners’ innings, while Undera also let the extras count get out of hand, giving away 42 free runs.
The wickets were confined to three Lions; Travis Guppy (3-37), Glenn Campbell (2-44) and Russell Sheriff (2-54).
Undera never looked like threatening the total with willow in hand.
Decent early stands provided hope, Bayden Bailey (45 not out) the main contributor, but he had little in the way of support.
The final seven batters added just 10 runs as the Lions slumped to the heavy defeat.
