After sides took a general bye the previous weekend, Ky showed no ill effects from the week off, winning two rinks comprehensively and narrowly getting the job done in the third.

Paul McInnes was in good touch for the host at Kyabram Bowling Club, leading his quartet of Liam McInnes, Chris Williams and Alan Donaldson to the biggest win of the tie, 26-11.
Skip Robert George also came out on top, taking down the Bradley Tinning-led squad 20-12.

In the remaining rink, Greg Shilling survived a significant challenge against Matthew Liverton to earn Ky the clean sweep, 16-15.
Kyabram took the match-up convincingly 16-62 to 0-38.

The Redbacks eclipsed Stanhope by two competition points on the league table to move into the top four, after the latter fell to Mathoura, 14-57 to 2-47.
The Timbercutters finally broke through for their first win of the season, with Peter Holzer’s rink stepping up to secure the points.

His outfit picked up the win 25-15, those 10 shots proving the final margin after the sides split 17-15 results in the other two rinks.
David Hicks skipped the other success for Mathoura, while Peter Myers pulled back two points for Stanhope in his rink.
Lower divisions
In division two, Stanhope ran up a big score over Kyabram 14-72 to 2-48 and Rich River just got past Tongala, 13-62 to 3-60.
In division three, Kyabram also scored maximum points against Tongala, 16-75 to 0-46 and Elmore scored victory over Stanhope, 14-60 to 2-47.

In division four, Rochester obliterated Ky Valley View 16-101 to 0-30, while Kyabram defeated Tongala 14-78 to 2-52.
In division five, Kyabram took down Lockington 12-40 to 2-34, Deniliquin White and Stanhope forfeited the points to Deniliquin Blue.
