Cameron Laird stood tall with the bat, making 68, while Jake Toll contributed 3-18 in the bowling innings.
Kyabram Fire Brigade looked to Archer Backway with the ball as it kept Cooma to 9-128 from its 40 overs.
A useful 42 from Brett Andison at the top of the order ensured the chase began on track, as the Flames fired their way to the target in 25 overs.
Moama proved too strong for Rushworth 135 to 107.
Wickets proved an issue for both teams and the bowling of strike pair Kirk Teasdale (3-14) and Rishabh Kothari (3-31) was a difference maker during the Rushworth chase.

Kyabram Fire Brigade ran up a ridiculous score on a great day out for batters against Rochester.
Paul Newman made 151 from 100 deliveries as the Flames put up 313 from 40 overs.
Rochester had a surprisingly good crack at the massive total, Brian Dwyer’s 81 helping his side to 251, a good score on another day, but 62 runs short in this case.
Gus Underwood C-grade shield
BLU had too much class for Cooma, the Lions posting 237 before rolling the opposition for 105.
Jason Turner constructed an unbeaten 84, before Justin Guppy (3-11) and Royce Serpell (3-22) shone in the bowling innings.
Echuca also had an easy afternoon, running down Girgarre’s 103 without many issues.
Dimuthu Lakmai Kariyawasan Jalath Thanthrige started things on the front foot for Echuca, taking 3-31, before Thomas Kerr’s 34 led a balanced effort in the eight-wicket win.
Stanhope had the bye.
Peter Raglus D-grade shield
Kyabram Fire Brigade had enough runs on the board, getting by Tongala by eight.
James Hargreaves (56 not out) and Keplar Cleveland (67) carried the Flames with the bat, while Sebastian Caldwell was best with the ball, taking 3-27.
Rushworth missed out against Echuca by a single run.
Chasing 141, David Baldwin needed two from the final ball to tie things up, but could only find a single.
Earlier, Shaun Fitzgerald set up the Echuca score with 44.
Colbinabbin’s chase of 190 barely got going, the Ducks crushed for 43 by a rampaging Girgarre.
Lachlan Turpin was the prime offender, taking a ridiculous 6-9.
Stanhope got the best of BLU, scoring a big 105-run win.
Wade Foley and Steven Hall made half-centuries, setting up the win for their Stanhope side.
