The club’s A-grade team beat Stanhope 35-20 at Lancaster on Sunday after the C-grade team was a 41-35 winner against Undera on Saturday at Nagambie.
Georgia Wilson was best on court on a wing as her Merrigum goaling teammate Amelia Lowe shot 27 of her team’s goals for the afternoon.
Merrigum led by seven at quarter-time before Stanhope responded with nine second-quarter goals to match its opposition.
Jemma Wright shot all but five of Stanhope’s tally, but after half-time Merrigum won the match 17-9.
Leading by example: Merrigum C-grade captain Anna Bray was a defensive powerhouse for her team in its come-from-behind win against Undera.

• Lancaster’s B-grade netball outfit was never a match for the slick Nagambie combination in their elimination final.
A four-goal quarter-time deficit turned into eight at half-time and eventually the Wombats were beaten 47-33, having opened up a 13-goal lead by the final change of ends.
Lancaster now exit the finals after Nagambie shooter Rebecca Comi put 25 goals in the net in the opening three quarters.
In the final term they were outscored by just one goal, Acacia Bramley finishing with 20 goals as she worked hard in tandem with Ashlan Hubble and for the last three terms Ashlynn Scappin.
Hubble spent the final three quarters in defence, alongside Lily Davies, in an atempt to stem the tide.

• Twelve final-term goals from Merrigum C-grade goaler Teniesha Deery has allowed her team safe passage through to the second round of Kyabram district netball finals.
Deery shot the lights out in the last term to turn a one-goal three-quarter-time deficit into a six-goal win. Merrigum shot 16 goals to nine in the final term to snatch victory from Undera’s clutches.
Merrigum trailed Undera by three goals at quarter-time, by two at the half and by one at the final change before Deery and Abbey Mottram combined to influence the final result.
Deery started in partnership with Samantha Smyth and spent the second half with Mottram in the attacking third.
Merrigum captain Anna Bray and goalkeeper Blynda Tranter played the entire game in defence.
Alexia Andoranco took over from Amy McFadyen in the centre after half-time, while Samanha Humphrey had a significant impact with her three quarters on a wing.
Merrigum will now contest a knockout semi-final at Avenel on September 3.
• Rushworth’s dominant third term put paid to any hope Girgarre’s Under-15 team had of a comeback, the elimination final loss at Nagambie ending the Kangaroos season.
Trailing by just one at quarter time after Remi McQueen shot six of the team’s eight first quarter goals, Rushworth extended the lead to five at half time.
A 14-5 third term, dominated by Rushworth goaling captain Josh Francis, heavily influenced the final result of 44-34.
Girgarre won the final term 15-11, McQueen shooting all of those goals, provided with plenty of opportunities by Darcee McNeill and Mikayla Kuiper.
• Tayla Starling mid-court domination of Girgarre’s Under-13 elimination final against Lancaster on Saturday has extended the Kangaroos season by another week.
Starling was best on court, in the centre for three of those terms, offered support from Jaida Miller, Sophie McDonald and captain Skye McKiernan, who defended strongly and allowed Rushworth few opportunities in the 27-6 Girgarre win.
Vice captain Jorji Dedini shot seven of the 10 Girgarre goals in the final term, its most dominant term of the morning.
Sticking the landing: Jaleigha Hart intercepts a ball during Lancaster’s B-grade netball elimination final loss to Nagambie on Saturday.
