Min has played 16 seasons of A-grade netball with the club, and this reached an incredible milestone of 200 games.
It’s been a long time coming, with time away to recover from a knee reconstruction, a few overseas trips, and some maternity leave.
In her peak netball era, Min has always been the focal point of the team, and now as a leader, she provides the perfect balance between youth and experience on the court. Her contribution to the club goes far beyond the scoreboard.
While today’s result didn’t fall our way, the match reminded us why we play, for the fun and camaraderie.
Nathalia proved they are in a league of their own, and at times it was a pleasure to watch their skill and precision.
The bonus for us was that we scored well and worked hard to force several turnovers, showing determination throughout the game.
