Zone Carnival organiser Beth Hatty said the students who competed at the carnival were exemplary in their behaviour and competed with fantastic sportsmanship throughout.
A total of 51 students qualified to compete at the Riverina Swimming Carnival, vying for a place at the State Swimming Championships in April.
The carnival was held earlier this week, but results had not been made available at the time of going to print.
Outstanding swimmers in Cobram were presented with medals for individual age champions, as follows:
Junior Girl - Kate Marriott (Barooga PS) and Eden Saraikin (Tocumwal PS).
Junior Boy - Billy Farrell (Tocumwal PS).
11 Year Girl - Camilla Massina (Finley PS).
11 Year Boy - Bailey Kennedy (Finley PS).
Senior Girl - Ivy Farrell (Tocumwal PS).
Senior Boy - Ben Walsh (Tocumwal PS).
